RESERVATION POLICIES:

New guests who wish to schedule appointments may do so by calling (504) 439-7855 or visit our booking page for convenient and easy online reservations. Appointments are required and are recommended to ensure proper accommodations for you and the members of your party.

Upon scheduling an appointment via phone or online, you will receive a confirmation email with the information regarding your reservation(s). Same day appointments may be available but keep in mind that scheduling in advance is almost always the best way to ensure your preferences are fulfilled. Please keep in mind that availability may become limited from time to time, especially on weekends and holidays so appointments created in advance are preferred. A major credit card is required to hold same day and appointments created in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you find that you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment please contact Float Nola by phone to notify an attendant of your change. A 24-hour cancellation notice must be received otherwise full service price of the original appointment will be charged to the credit card on file.

CHECK-IN:

For all scheduled appointments please arrive 15 minutes prior to complete any necessary paperwork and to allow for orientation, restroom use etc.

Location & FACILITIES:

We are located in the Central Business District (CBD) at 822 Perdido Street, Suite H, New Orleans, LA 70112. There are several free street parking spaces as well as parking lots and garages within a block of our location. Our location is designed with handicapped individuals in mind. Access to the entrance is available from the sidewalk and our restrooms are designed for handicap use as well.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Some of our services may be unsuitable for particular medical conditions. If you believe that you have a medical condition that a physician will need to clear you for before receiving a service(s), please provide a note from your physician indicating that treatments may be accepted. If one of our trained staff feels that you are experiencing a medical condition for which services are contraindicated, services may be refused to ensure the proper safety and health of our guests. Safety of all our guests is our number one priority and measures will be taken to make certain our environment is always one where caution is practiced at all times.
